Top Post-Dreamforce Recap Roll… And More!

Now that we all had a chance to catch our breath and get some rest, it’s time to head straight back to work, and to utilize whatever skill we’ve gained or connection we’ve made at DF.

But as time goes by and the more articles I read, I seem to notice more and more information I haven’t got the chance to absorb while at SF… So for all of you who feel the same, this ‘best of the week’ shootout might do the trick.

1. Dreamforce 2015: After Lightning comes Thunder, two new Clouds … and Microsoft!

Capgemini’s Christopher Eikanger Andersen takes you step by step through pretty much every major event at DF… including the new Lightning, Salesforce’s IoT cloud and more.  Not a short one. But it’s totally worth it.

2. Dreamforce 2015: 8 Ways Analytics Changes Business:

This was indeed one of the most interesting subjects discussed at DF, and Information Week’s David Wagner brings you a thorough analysis of the ways analytics changes business, with an emphasis on mobile data and IoT.

3. Post-Dreamforce/Tips for Dreamforce 2016:

As with every major event, we always have our regrets- mistakes we’ve made and eventually swore we’ll never make again. Most of these are purely logistic: Bad lodging arrangements, getting stuck in huge queues instead of arriving a bit earlier, etc… well, Enterprise Select’s Kenya Leverett got what you need- with a great list of post DF tips.

4. The 7 most GIFable moments from Dreamforce 15′

A bit of a breather here- a cool little post from Salesforce, showing some of the best moments, innovation and overall insanity that was DF15.

5. Video: Introduction to Salesforce Lightning:

Last but not least, this recent post from my blog features a Lightning video walkthrough by Salesforce master (and my colleague) Roy Gilad. Probably the best Lightning introduction video you’ll see 🙂

Enjoy!
